Refund policy
Our returns policy ensures that you have a seamless experience with your 3D printing files. If you encounter a corrupted or otherwise unusable file, you may request a refund within 7 days of purchase. Upon verification that the file is indeed corrupted, we will initiate the refund process within 14 days. Your satisfaction is our priority, and we strive to resolve any issues promptly and efficiently.
To request a refund or credit for a Product, you must submit a claim to our Support team at store@vedicfutura.com. We will evaluate each claim based on its individual merits, taking into consideration the digital nature of the goods and any available previews or inspections before purchase.
Please note that we are not obligated to provide a refund or credit in situations such as (but not limited to) the following:
- Change of mind about the Product
- Accidental purchase of the Product
- Insufficient expertise to use the Product
- Request for goodwill
- Inability to access the Product due to its removal by the Seller from the Site or due to an account blockage (we strongly recommend downloading Products immediately upon purchase).
If a refund or credit is determined to be warranted by us, it will be issued using the same method of payment used for the original purchase.
