Terms and Conditions

Welcome to store.vedicfutura.com (the "Website"). By accessing or using this Website, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions (the "Terms") of FUTURAVEDIC (OPC) PRIVATE LIMITED. Please read these Terms carefully before using the Website.

1. Digital Files for 3D Printing

store.vedicfutura.com sells digital files for 3D printing. The files are delivered in STL and 3MF formats. 

2. Personal Use Only

The files sold on this Website are for personal use only. Selling of 3D prints created from these files is strictly prohibited. Merchants interested in selling 3D prints of VedicFutura models must subscribe to the merchant tiers on Patreon or MyMiniFactory.

3. Intellectual Property Rights

All intellectual property rights related to the 3D models and prints created by the creator of this Patreon remain with the creator. As a customer, you are granted a personal, non-transferable license to use the digital files for personal use. While you may resize the files, you are not permitted to modify the files to create new content or share them with anyone.

4. Payment Processing

Payments for purchases made on this Website are processed via the PhonePe Payment Gateway. Additional fees or taxes may apply based on the customer's region.

5. File Delivery

After payment confirmation, the customer will receive links to download the file via email. Each customer is allowed to download the files up to three times before the download link is deactivated. Files purchased from store.vedicfutura.com will be delivered via a file delivery service (FileMonk). Files purchased on the 3D printing repositories are subject to their respective terms.

6. Refunds

Refunds will be processed only if the purchased file is found to be corrupted or unusable. Please contact us at store@vedicfutura.com with any other concerns. Check our Refunds Policy for more information.

7. Licensing for Mass Manufacturing, High End Printers & CGI Applications

The STLs or their derivatives are strictly prohibited for use in casting, moulding or mass manufacturing applications. Usage as CGI assets is prohibited. A separate individual licence should be obtained from the creator for any such applications. For licensing terms please get in touch hello@vedicfutura.com

8. Dispute Resolution

Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms, or the breach, termination, or invalidity thereof, shall be settled by an Indian court of general jurisdiction, and the Bengaluru Urban, District Court shall be the court of first instance.

9. Right to Update Terms

We reserve the right to update or modify these terms and conditions at any time, with or without notice to customers. It is the responsibility of the customer to review these terms periodically for changes.

10. Indemnification

By using our Website and purchasing our products, customers agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from any claims, losses, or damages resulting from their use of the STL files or violation of the terms and conditions. The figures depicted in our models are sacred figures of Hindu culture. Therefore, prints and files must be handled with reverence due to any religious object
